Frequently Asked Questions
When it comes to carpet cleaning, we’re sure that you have some questions. We’ve pulled together a list of questions and answers that we most commonly hear. If you don’t see the answer to a question that you have, please email us at pacificgreencarpetcare@gmail.
Q: What do I need to do before you arrive?
A: We usually recommend that all small easily movable items be cleared away from the carpets. For example, any plants, lamps, end tables, nick- knacks, or any breakables off of any furniture you want us to move. We normally clean all the traffic areas( open areas) in the bedrooms, but we’d be happy to move any items ( within reason) in the Living room, Dinning room or family room.
Q: How often should I have my carpet cleaned?
A: On average household carpets should be cleaned at least once a year. In some cases (pets, children, allergies) carpets may require more frequent cleanings.
Q: How often should I have my upholstery cleaned?
A: Upholstery should be cleaned once every 18 – 24 months as a part of regular maintenance. Upholstery that shows visible dirt or soiling should be cleaned to avoid dirt building up and causing staining.
Q: How can I keep my carpet looking nice?
A: Regular vacuuming (At least once a week) will help your carpet keep its just-like-new look. We also recommend that you have your carpet professionally cleaned at least once a year.
Q: Do you guarantee your work?
A: Yes we do! Northwest Pacific Green Carpet Cleaning strives to provide you with the most outstanding cleaning experience possible. We guarantee to clean your carpets or upholstery to your complete satisfaction, or we will return and re-clean them at no cost. It’s our 30-day, 100% clean guarantee.
